I've lost or haven't received my registration key to activate Driver Wizard. How do I get one?
License keys and product registration details are provided in two ways:- Via the "Thank You" or confirmation page you see when you've completed the checkout process.
- In a post-purchase email message sent to you by our automated checkout platform, SafeCart.

What operating systems does Driver Wizard Professional work on?
Driver Wizard is fully compatible with Windows 7, Vista, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows 98.
I have downloaded and installed the most recent version of all drivers provided by Driver Wizard, but the program still prompted me to update one driver.
If you have installed the newest version driver of a device, but this driver still appears in the update list, this may occur if 1. this is a mother board driver package or 2. this driver package contains multiple devices drivers. To prevent this driver from showing up in subsequent scans, select 'Don't show this update again' checkbox under installed drivers.
