February 4, 2012 - License Activation Difficulties
After a recent server update, we've had sporadic reports of customers having difficulty activating Driver Wizard. Please contact support via the request form (below) if you have purchased Driver Wizard and are within your license period, but are now unable to fully activate it or download drivers.This issue may affect customers who purchased prior to December 7, 2011.
We are currently in the process of proactively contacting anyone affected by this event to reissue new keys and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
